Our Team of Consultants:
​Ronald Nelson: Lead designer and project manager for NSFP products 
​Eric Lewis: Chef and consultant experience from fine dining to chain and casual food operations corporate and private.
​Maci Nelson: Event planner, coordinator, Landscape Architect and owner of Sub-Herbian Gardens
Alron Nelson: Market District line operations seafood, meats, salad bar, smoke & fire etc.

Our History
Our consulting operation started g with nonprofit organizations for development of job creation opportunities. We started developing proposals for organizations to develop environment that would support program for entrepreneurship and job creation.
