​Eric Lewis: Chef and consultant experience from fine dining to chain and casual food operations
​Maci Nelson: Event planner, Fine dining coordinator  Landscape Architect and owner of  Sub-Herbian Gardens

Our History
Our consulting operation started in 2010 working with a non profit organization for development of job creation opportunities. In 2014 we started developing proposals for organizations to operate tech commissary that would support Food Buggy program for entrepreneurship and job creation.
